Frequently asked questions.
Postage and shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to post to TAS, WA and NT due to their strict quarantine restrictions.
All orders are posted using Australia Post. We are more than happy to provide tracking numbers but are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery by Australia Post.
Postage is set at $20 for up to 5kg in a prepaid box.
Dahlia tubers will be posted as soon as eyes become available.
We post from mid-September until the end of October.
Combining orders
We are more than happy to combine orders. Pay for postage on your first purchase and then select pick up on your second order.
Just send us an email to let us know and we will happily combine the two orders.
Returns and refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind sorry!
If there is a problem with any of the tubers, send us an email with photos and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
We hand select each tuber before posting. We will ensure there is an obvious eye or shoot and they will be packed and labelled carefully.
Please remember that some tubers are not the most attractive to look at, but as long as they have an eye or shoot, they will produce stunning flowers.
Unhappy with your tuber?
Please open your box and check all tubers upon arrival. If you have any concerns, please contact us straight away.
We cannot be responsible for tubers during or after storage, or once they are in the ground. We pride ourselves on providing only tubers we would be happy to plant.
We have a triple labelling system set up on our farm, however we are human! If you find that one of your tubers is the incorrect cultivar once flowering, please get in contact.
